In conjunction with Volkswagen’s launch of their new Amarok pick-up, we produced A5 Moleskine books with blind embossed cover, bespoke belly band and individually shrink wrapped.
The end result was a promotional notebook of legendary quality, produced just as a Moleskine high value retail product.

HarperCollins asked us to produce a quantity of bespoke cuddly toy lions for one of their divisions “Collins Big Cat” that publish engaging children’s books.
The brief was to produce a child friendly, cuddly toy lion (just as their logo), all from just a supplied drawing of their “Big Cat”
We worked with one of our many established off shore factories to produce 2.5k x 6 inch and 50 x 20 inch “Big Cat” cuddly toys, with a bespoke sewn label and stringently tested to EN71 (the standard for toys).
From the supplied drawing, to sampling, to safety testing, to delivery all in under 6 weeks.
Speed is the name of the game in promotional merchandising, and at Promise we believe that we can deliver a high quality product in any given time frame. Nothing is impossible.
In early November we received an enquiry for 55,000 bang bang sticks for the Football Association, they needed the delivery in time for the England vs Sweden match on the 15/11/11. The order was received on 1/11/11 and delivery was needed on the 11/11/11, that gave us 10 days to manufacture and deliver the product. A quantity like this is always manufactured in China and the standard lead time is 3-4 weeks. We had 10 days.
Like I said, we like to make things happen. We shot the order and artwork over to our factory in China and they started manufacturing straight away. We branded the bang bang sticks with a one colour print on one side and a 4 colour print on the other. The whole order was produced in 7 days and put on a 3 day express delivery service from China.

The Ibiza clubbing season starts at the beginning of June and continues until the end of September. For the last few years, we have been working closely with Defected Records to bring the best to Ibiza. Defected In The House brings some of the biggest DJs to you every Saturday at Pacha in Ibiza throughout the summer season.
This year, we produced various items including hand fans and lanyards.
The fans were produced in our factory in Europe. The artwork consisted of the well known Defected Records ‘D’ and the Defected in the House logo. These fans were screen printed with a metallic silver print on black fabric, but can also be digitally printed with a full colour print. Lead times are usually about 4 weeks, however, during this project we part delivered some fans to get the party started and delivered the balance soon after.
The lanyards were produced in China. Lanyards can be branded in various ways, but these were dye-sub printed in various colour combinations using the Defected In The House logo. Lead times are usually 2-3 weeks and the minimum order quantity is 500.
The Football Association recently launched the Respect Campaign. The campaign was introduced to highlight the collective responsibility of everyone involved in football to create a fair, safe and enjoyable environment in which the game can take place.
We produced metal pin badges, PVC oyster card wallets and football scarves for the campaign. The metal pin badges were printed with the Respect FC logo and coated with an epoxy resin coating. These badges can also be printed full colour and have a 4 week lead-time.
The oyster card wallets we produced for the Respect campaign was litho printed on 1 side but they can also be printed on the inside. Oyster card wallets can also be screen-printed and the standard lead-time is 2 weeks.
Bespoke knitted jacquard woven scarves were also produced. The Respect FC logo was knitted into the scarves during the manufacturing process. The lead-time for these scarves is 3 weeks.

Sony Ericsson is set to release three new handsets in the coming months and we have had an opportunity to be part of this. During the build up to the release, the Sony Ericsson sales team will be traveling the length and breadth of Britain showing off their new handsets. And they needed a sexy, stylish presentation case to keep the phones in and that’s where we came in…
We produced some branded metal freight cases and inserted bespoke cut foam to hold the phones. The cases were a nice stylish product that we simply branded with a full colour epoxy resin dome.
This is a fast-turnaround product. From receiving dimensions from the client, we produced working drawings, a precut sample and then produced and inserted the main run – all within two weeks. Due to the fast lead-time it is perfect for any promotion.
We have recently finished a successful project for Virgin Media Business. The client wanted us to produce jewellery that would be distributed at a conference. A pair of cufflinks for the men and a compact mirror for the women.
The cufflinks are a bespoke product produced in our factory in China. It is a high quality item, made from scratch and moulded with the logo during the production process. We also made a bespoke gift box that was branded with a full colour logo on the lid. This box can also be printed full coverage with a full colour print. The compact mirrors were engraved with the Virgin Media Business logo and had a full colour gloss laminate card sleeve around the presentation box. The minimum order quantity for the cufflinks is 500 and the lead-time is usually 4-5 weeks.
“Life” by Keith Richards is one of the years most anticipated autobiographies and Promise Promo has had the chance to work on some merchandise for its release. Orion Publishing Group asked us to create various items that would reflect the tone and feel of the book. Products produced were guitar plectrums; branded Zippo lighters, T-shirts, duffle bags, Sharpie markers, metal ashtrays, lanyard with a laminate.
The guitar plectrums were packaged in a metallic silver pouch. They were printed full colour in two positions and the pouch was branded with a full colour label. We engraved the Zippo lighters on both sides and put a full colour gloss laminate card sleeve around the presentation box.
The T-shirts were printed using a digital direct printing method. This type of printing is ideal for printing high detailed images and it is great for fast turn-around, low quantity items. Duffle bags were dye-sub printed. The metal ashtrays and Sharpie markers were printed with a two-colour print in one position. The lanyards were branded with a two-colour print and a full colour laminate.
