We know that there are lots of projects that need to be delivered yesterday, however, if you have a little more time, make use of our extensive Far East sourcing service. We have a vast experience of producing and importing larger projects and will handle everything from pre-production samples to UK customs clearance.
Nobody wants unwanted surprises, so we make sure all of our products comply to any relevant safety standards and specifications. We make sure our factories are also adhereing to all relevant rules. We also check our products during production and pre-shipment.
- Adobe Illustrator files (ideally layered)
- Adobe Photoshop PSD files (ideally layered)
- Attach fonts with files or create outlines for all fonts within documents.
- Attach images or embed them. Please also list Pantone colours, size specifics or other information you feel is useful.
- If your artwork is not available in the above formats please check with Promise Promo before sending. Although the above formats are prefereable, there may be some instances where alternative artwork would be permittable.

Wait too long to approve artwork layouts we have provided as digital proofs. All our quoted lead times are based upon 24-48 hour artwork turn-around following an order and any delay in resolving artwork issues can and does affect the final delivery date.

The closer your artwork is to our required specification, the shorter the amount of time it spends in our studio meaning the quicker we will be able to dispatch your goods.
We can manufacture garments to your exact specification. From order, garments can be delivered within 10 days by air or 18 days by road from the time that you confirm the order.

The minimum production is 150 garments per size in any given style or stock colour. We have a current weekly made-to-order production output of 80,000 units.

We carry large quantities of stock fabric which we can pantone dye to your exact colour. We will supply the test colour dips of the fabric within 3 days.
