1. First we listen. The best way for us to find what you require is to really listen to your needs. We can do this by email, over the phone or even face to face. We would love to see you, our kettle is always on, we can chat it through over tea and biscuits.
2. Then we find your stuff. We have a network of factories that we use. We’ll take into account lots of factors, things like lead time, complexity of branding, budget and we’ll make sure we use the most appropriate factory for the job, it may not always be the cheapest, but it will always be the best!
3. We’ll make you a quote. Once we have pinned down the best factory for the job we’ll fire you a quote over. We’ll make this nice and easy to digest, with all costs outlined so no nasty surprises. We will also send you pictures of what we are quoting on and if you would like some, we can send you some physical samples too.
4. And we’ll place your order. Once you have decided on your order we’ll get it processed. You will receive an order confirmation same day outlining all costs and specifications. We will also then generate for you a pdf proof of your products for you to approve. If needs be we can also produce a physical pre-production sample.
5. Our factories will make your items. Your stuff will then be made exactly as you have signed it off, no deviation from this or unexpected changes, that’s a guarantee. We Promise to deliver the right products at the right price on the right day, that’s why we only use people we trust.
6. Which will be checked before despatch. All of our products are quality control checked at various times in the production process, then after one final check, we’ll ship it to your designated address.
7. And then we’ll send you an invoice.
Once we have checked that you are happy with your order, we’ll then send you over an invoice for paying.
After an initial order where we ask for payment in advance of delivery, you’ll be entitled to one of our 30 day accounts.
