2. Samples
We try to supply all samples free of charge as long as we can have them back afterwards, we’ll not charge you.
3. Minimum orders
We understand that small businesses and individuals may not need large quantities, and we are more than happy to accommodate small orders. Give us a call and we can work out the most cost effective way of ordering your products.
4. Pre-production proofs
A pre-production proof, which is an actual sample of the item you are ordering with your imprint, is available for most products. This is recommended when time allows. Upon approval of the pre-production proof, your items will be manufactured with standard production time.

We guarantee that your products will be delivered just the way you ordered them. In the event that your logo differs from the proof you approved, we will issue a reprint of your merchandise or refund your money. If your order arrives damaged or your items are defective in any way, we will prompty send a corrected order free of charge. You can shop knowing that your order is important to us, and that we promise to do what it takes to deliver the correct product on time.
6. Over/Under
Due to the nature of the printing methods used to produce your personalized products, some items may have slight over or under runs. We make make every effort to minimize this occurrence . Industry standard is ± 5% in most cases although different products may be slightly higher or lower. You will only be charged for the actual quantity shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your specific order.
Yes, we do accept payment by mastercard, Visa or Switch A the credit card companies charges us a percentage of the transaction for using this service it can become quite expensive for larger orders. Usually for orders over £500.00 + VAT we would ask you to pay by either bank transfer (BACS) or company cheque. We do offer corporate 30 day accounts to qualifying customers.
8. Cancellation/Alteration fees
After your artwork has been approved, we submit your order to the factory for printing. We understand that occasionally a situation may arise where a change needs to be made after art approval. Should this occur, we will do our best to notify the factory of the change before production begins. You may incur setup fees if your merchandise has entered the production process. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change your order once production has begun. Should you no longer require your ordered materials after production, you will be liable for the full cost of the items.
